We recently purchased a Crystal Quest shower head and filter setup. While the water does seem to be free of the chlorine that we were concerned about, our PLASTIC shower head and hose that they sent us have already broken! It looked cheaply made from the start (not a good sign),and today when I turned the switch on the side of the shower head from the full spray to the off position, it built up pressure inside the hose portion and the pressure blew open the hose portion near the end the filter connects to. There will be no repairing it so I wait to see if Crystal Quest will replace it. Be aware!
